Super Mario Run is officially making its way to Android…ermm, that’s stale news. But what you didn’t know is the game is coming on the 23rd of March.

Nintendo is releasing the game with the Version 2.0.0 update, though no other details about what the update will contain were shared.

I’m sure a lot of Android users have been waiting for this game as it was originally released for iOS devices exclusively back in December 2016. According to Nintendo’s latest count, the game racked up 78 million downloads.

Just like the iOS version that came before it, the Android edition of the game is going to give you a very limited number of levels that you can play for free, with an in-app purchase required to unlock the rest of the game. An internet connection will be required to run the game too.

You can pre-register to download the game on the Google Play Store.
