If you have just bought an iPhone 18, there is a good chance the phone itself was only the beginning of the spending.
There are cases, screen protectors, chargers, MagSafe stands, wallets, power banks, grips, car mounts and enough different cables to make a simple phone purchase surprisingly complicated.

The best iPhone 18 accessories are the ones that solve an actual problem you have. A case that protects the phone makes sense. A reliable charger makes sense. A magnetic power bank can be useful if you spend long periods away from a socket.
A £100 charging stand that exists mainly because it looks good on your desk is a different conversation.
So before you start filling your basket, here is what you actually need.
Start with a case
A case is probably the easiest accessory to justify.
The iPhone 18 is an expensive phone, and replacing a damaged screen or body can cost considerably more than buying a decent case in the first place.

You probably don’t need a camera lens protector
This is one accessory worth thinking twice about.
A lens protector can provide another barrier against scratches, but it also adds another piece of glass over the camera system.
