Feedback and Engagement Policy

TechCity Media is built on the idea that technology is always about people. That includes the people reading us. This page explains how to share feedback with our team and what we do with it.

HOW TO REACH US

Email: info [at] techcityng [.] com

We read every message. On business days, we aim to respond within 48 hours.

For article errors specifically, see our Corrections Policy.

FEEDBACK WE ACT ON

Factual corrections: If something we published is wrong, we want to know. Include the article URL and the specific error. We correct confirmed errors and update the article.

Story tips: If you know about a tech development, company, or person we should be covering, send it our way. We review all tips. We cannot acknowledge every submission or guarantee coverage, but tips from readers have led to some of our most important stories.

Content suggestions: If there is a how-to guide, explainer, or topic you would like us to cover, tell us. We log content suggestions and review them monthly when planning the editorial calendar.

Clarity feedback: If an article confused you, felt incomplete, or left a key question unanswered, let us know. This kind of feedback helps us improve both new content and existing articles.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FEEDBACK
  • Correction reports go directly to the writer and editor responsible for the article.
  • Story tips are shared with the editorial team for consideration.
  • Content suggestions are logged and reviewed at the next planning cycle.
  • Clarity feedback is used to update the specific article and to inform how we write future pieces.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
  • We do not share reader contact information with third parties.
  • We do not respond to requests to remove accurate, published content.
  • We do not process sponsored content or advertising inquiries through this feedback channel. Commercial enquiries should be sent to: business[at]techcityng[dot]com
COMMUNITY STANDARDS

TechCity may enable comments or community features on certain articles and platforms. All community spaces are moderated. We remove content that is abusive, spam, deliberately misleading, or violates our community standards. We do not remove comments or posts simply because they disagree with our editorial positions.

We believe disagreement is part of a healthy conversation about technology. We only moderate for conduct, not for opinion.
