Federal ministry plans to spend N800m on website

A federal ministry in Nigeria is planning to spend about N800 million on the upgrade of its website. The ministry affected is the Federal Ministry for Solid Mineral Development, and it revealed the plan in its proposed budget for 2016.

Giving the Kayode Fayemi-led ministry some element of doubt, the ministry got all tongues waggling when it refused to comment on the controversial item on its proposed budget.
