WordPress is now offering users twelve new Top-Level Domains (TLD). You can now register domains with the following TLDs for new or existing sites:
.com.br
.net.br
.info
.biz
.mobi
.mx
.es
.nl
.be
.fm
.tv
.in
The new addition makes a total of seventeen TLD options offered by wordpress.com for those buying domain names. The others are .com, .net, .org, .me, and .co.
If you already run a site on WordPress.com, and intend to get a domain klonopintabs.com with one of the new options, just visit Store, and then “My Domains”
You can register for any of these regardless of where you live but you might also want to consider how search engines view them with regards to location, as it could have an effect on your search visibility.
