SuperGeeks kicks off OEM WEEK

Nigeria’s premier gadget repairs and tech support company, SuperGeeks, today announces the launch of the SuperGeeks Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Week. Hot off the heels of the launch of the hugely successful Gadget Swap, OEM Week is a campaign developed to celebrate the work of selected OEMs by encouraging customers to purchase original products from certified resellers; take better care of their devices and work with qualified technicians should gadget issues arise.

Over the next few weeks, SuperGeeks will dedicate 7 consecutive days to each OEM giving customers the opportunity to fix their devices while they wait – in an hour or less; get cool gadget makeovers and enjoy access to a wide range of tech accessories at discounted prices. In addition to this, SuperGeeks will proactively share special tips, tricks and hacks from each OEM to enable gadget users keep their devices running at 100% at all times.

Samuel Uduma, CEO of SuperGeeks, in highlighting the relevance of OEM Week to the company and the industry at large, said: “Despite the fact that SuperGeeks is an OEM-agnostic service platform, the series of OEM Weeks we have planned are designed to cater to the needs of customers who patronise specific brands; while demonstrating our innate ability and versatility across the various OEM brands and their distinct device categories”.

SuperGeeks is fully committed to revolutionising the technology repairs/support industry in Nigeria through customer engagement and quality customer service delivery; OEM Week is yet another bold step by the company towards this direction. Edmund Olotu, CCO of SuperGeeks stated that: “The technology service industry is a very difficult industry to tackle in the eco-system and requires a long-term view on finiancial investment. SuperGeeks in this short space of time has been able to demonstrate its agility and dedication to tackling this unique aspect of the eco system.”

The SuperGeeks OEM Week kicks off this Friday,14th November with ‘7 Days of Apple’ which will run until 21st November; shortly after this, the spotlight will switch to Samsung. For the duration of the campaign, customers will be treated to various OEM-specific goodies ranging from quick-fixes and authentic accessories to gadget makeovers and money-off promos; all redeemable at the brand new SuperGeeks Customer Experience Center located at 1 Victoria Arobieke Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
