Tecno rumored to record another first with a monster camera device next month

It seems to be that time of the year again when smartphone makers are gearing up for the launch of their latest flagships and the rumours circulating on the techy streets says that TECNO is about to launch a smartphone which will break every boundaries camera wise.

Expect a stunning camera

TECNO already has one of the best cameras in an android phone, but that is not stopping it from breaking its own record. Rumours suggest that we might be looking at a wide-angle curved selfie camera—one that looks like a fish eye lens—plus a 16MP rear camera with dual image processor that guarantees fast and clear images.

These are impressive specs for a smartphone and if the speculations about the camera is true, then TECNO will be setting the record as the first smartphone maker with a curved front camera in Africa; redefining the future of smartphone photography.

Will it follow the bezel-less trend?

One of the latest trend in the smartphone ecosystem is the bezel-slimming designs just like the TECNO CAMON CM. Reports suggest that the new CAMON smartphone will retain the curved near bezel-less display of its predecessor, which means the smartphone will have an amazing wide display to showcase the flawless images taken with its camera-The wider the view, the better the experience.

More speculations, more thrills

The new smartphone, we hear might include a facial recognition security scanner, a large storage space (probably, the largest ever seen on a smartphone), a meticulous design and high-quality processors.

Possible release date?

if we go by the TECNO calendar, the next Camon phone will probably be here immediately after Easter holidays—last week in April, perhaps.

In the meantime, all we can do is to eagerly anticipate the unveiling of this premium upgrade smartphone from TECNO. What will be the name? Perhaps CAMON CIX (Camon 11) or CAMON 11. We don’t know but hope to find out soon.
