NCC donates computer-based test centers to JAMB

A total of four Computer Based Tests centres have been donated by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) as a way of ensuring ease during the exams.

The donation was confirmed by NCC’s Acting Executive Vice Chairman (EVC), Prof. Umar Danbatta, while hosting JAMB officials who paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja.

He revealed that the four centres are located in Kano, Niger, Bayelsa and Oyo states. They are equipped with computers, printers, other accessories and internet connectivity.

“The facilities are in line with international best practices,” Danbatta said. “We have a minimum standard that we maintain for all our projects and there is no exception. Standards are necessary for projects to be appreciated.”
