Konga is now not only available to you everywhere via your mobile device, tablet or PC, but also close to your office, house or school, with the introduction of the Konga.com Flagship Pick-Up centres across Lagos.
Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can choose to have your order delivered to a Konga.com Pick-Up centre, hence you can collect your parcels at a time that’s convenient for you. Once the parcel is delivered to the pickup location, you will receive a notification that the order has reached the pick-up centre, and will have a whole week to pick-up your package(s). There is an added benefit of being able to return packages to any of our centres in line with our 7 day return policy. Upon entry, you will be greeted by warm and experienced Konga representatives who will be able to assist you with any order placed and other general enquiries/ requests. This provides a slightly familiar physical element to the online experience and hopefully increases the convenience for you and every one of our customers, which is why these centres are open 7 days a week to cater for everyone’s busy lifestyle.
During a visit to our centres, you can see reviews on several products to help make a more informed decision on what to purchase. You are also free to walk in at any time to talk to our customer service personnel at the pickup centres and ask any question regardless of whether an order was placed or not.
At Konga, we strive to meet customer’s needs and ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
In the future, these centres would allow customers to actually place orders with the assistance of our representatives. This will enable customers without internet access to enjoy the brilliant services that we offer and provide all customers with more product and service information.
