Infinix Partners Konga and Etisalat to Launch the Infinix Zero

The all new Infinix Zero was launched in Lagos, Nigeria last week at the Protea Hotel in Ikeja after weeks of online hypes and an impressive social media engagement with fans across the country.

The Zero will be sold exclusively on Konga.com, thanks to the strategic partnership Infinix mobility developed with the e-commerce giant so you don’t expect to find it in computer village. Another impressive partner in the Infinix deal is Etisalat, a network provider offering 500Mb of free data every month for the next 12 months…. too good to be through you’d say.

Watch the highlights of the event below:

Don’t get too excited cos its not so free as its been said on the surface. Only the 500Mb for the first month is absolutely while you have to purchase to 500Mb volume of data to get the free 500Mb the subsequent months for the next 11 months. However it is still a very good deal if you consider paying for a bundle and getting double the amount.

The phones comes in two variants and the prices pegged at N20,900 and N23,900, very affordable considering what appears on the specs sheet. Infinix Mobility Co-founder, Benjamin Jiang noted that customers were allowed to recommend the said prices. That’s impressive i’d say.

Here is what we have on the Infinix Zero Specs sheet:

  • Dual-SIM.
  • Android 4.4.2 KikKat
  • 5 Inch HD Gorilla Glass Screen
  • 13MP primary camera
  • 2MP front camera
  • 1.4 GHz Octa Core processor
  • 8GB Internal Memory (1GB RAM) / 16GB Internal Memory (2GB RAM)
  • Expandable memory up to 32GB with SD Card
  • 1920mAh battery capacity

Stay tuned as we bring you the full review very soon.
