According to the MD of Easy Taxi, Mr. Bankole Cardoso, this new feature is a step in the right direction for the company. “Lagos is a fast paced metropolis with a heterogeneous populace having varying likes, dislikes and preferences. Customers desire a customized service tailored to their different needs and this is what Easy Taxi has been able to provide”, he added.
In addition, the Taxi service has included a price range in its taxis to ensure customers get value for their money and have the most cost effective ride.
The taxi booking service which began operations in Nigeria in July 2013 has registered thousands of customers spread all over the metropolis in just five months of operations in Nigeria.
Olugbenga Amao, a customer of the taxi haling service has expressed his pleasure at the upgrade stating that some situations require one to go in an unbranded taxi as opposed to a branded one and the new features of Easy Taxi makes the process of hailing an unbranded taxi from a secure network easier.
