Diary Of An Oyinbo Businessman in Lagos

[dropcap type=”1″]A[/dropcap]ttention! We have an Oyinbo startup owner in Lagos who would like to tell us what doing business in Lagos has been like.

He is an internet geek, a fashion enthusiast and a sports addict. He is also a former snowboard instructor who holds a racing license. Who is this guy? Marek Zmyslowski is the MD of Jovago.com, an internet booking portal funded by AIH and on the 25th of February 2015, he will be dishing about tech startups and what it takes to build a Pan African business.

We at TechCity are excited to be partnering with iAfrikan as they host Marek Zmyslowski talking about his Oyinbo Lessons on doing Business in Nigeria, scaling Across Africa and many other lessons. The event takes place at the CapitalSquare in Lagos from 6pm on 25 February 2015.

Marek is Polish but his company, jovago.com is one of Africa’s foremost booking portals. Before launching Jovago.com in Africa 2years ago, he co-founded two online ventures in Poland; both of which he exited before moving to Nigeria in the quest to become a part of the online revolution in Africa.
