Tecno set to launch a new flagship Phantom smartphone

Words have reached us that Tecno is set to launch a new device soon….YES!!! and its going to be another Phantom smartphone.  Am sure you might be wondering because the Camon C8 (camera phone) was announced few weeks back and the buzz is still on. Well your thoughts are aligned with mine but before you get lost in thought, I would like to let you know that those previous devices (Camon C8 and Boom J7) were not flagship devices.

The last premium device from Tecno was the Phantom Z (followed by a silent release of the Phantom Z mini) and users of the device can testify that it still remains the best device from Tecno. With its impressive speed and performance, camera quality, sharp and bright display, 2GB RAM and not to forget the super selfie capabilities, I can only imagine what the new Phantom is bringing to the table. Well it is expected that the next Phantom will build upon the success of the Phantom Z.

We expect the new Tecno Phantom to come with 5.5-inch HD display, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 4G LTE capability and maybe a full metallic build this time around.

This is something lots of people will be on the lookout for because these specs line up can favourably compete with other flagships. Interestingly a source told me the new Phantom will be a good match for the LG G3…. Let’s just wait and see

What other feature do you expect on the next Phantom, I am hoping the camera will be my best part, let us know your expectations in the comment section below.

  1. Wooow! Cool. I can upgrade from my Boom J7 to this bad boy. Is there a picture of the device we could see?

  2. A part of me was telling me Team Tecno would still bring all those specs together into one fun, and even improve some more on it. Nice one doing it in the Phantom series. Expecting more to come.

  3. always wanting more ram power, i can bet they would still complain, requesting for the next step up the RAM ladder.

  4. across platforms, there seems to be an obsession with an all metal plate for this phone. i dont get it.
