Hitman: Absolution

Great news for Hitman fans! Agent 47 will return to our Xbox360’s, Playstation 3’s and PC’s on the 20th of November, 2012.

The game looks set to follow the life of Agent 47 as he is betrayed by those he once trusted and is now hunted by the police. As the game unfolds, he finds himself at the center of a dark conspiracy and must embark on a personal jouney through a corrupt and twisted world, in his search for the truth- I know, I know, Seems like everyone and their grandma are ‘searching’ for the truth these days huh? Regardless, I can tell you that this is without a doubt at the top of my ‘to-buy games’ list, and here’s why.

The game will run on IO Interactive’s Glacier 2 game engine. For those who don’t speak ‘nerd’, what this means is that the game’s graphics would receive an upgrade. IO Interactive have confirmed that Hitman: Absolution will be easier to play and more accessible. But there’s more! There’s been added a new feature called the “Instinct Mode” which will allow Agent 47 to predict enemy patrol routes, making it easier to hide around behind or above objects and perform assassinations like the elite bald assassin he is.

Like Hitman: Blood Money before it, Hitman: Absolution rewards you for arranging your hits to look like lethal accidents. If at any point in your life, you took lessons on becoming a bald assassin who wears a sleek black suit and a red tie, then your first lesson probably was that the best hits are those which nobody knows you were ever there… You guys took that lesson too right? No? Just me? Anyway, Hitman: Absolution game developers have integrated this into the game. In simple words, make a hit and make it look like you were never there!

Lookout for a teaser walk-through video as shown in the gaming convention that we at TechCity will make available for our game crazed audience. It will feature one of the stages from the soon to be released Hitman: Absolution game. Once again, November 20th is the release date. Write it down.
