Nigeria’s Co-Creation Hub announces 2015 Code Camp

Lagos-based Co-Creation Hub (CCHUB) has announced it is receiving applications for Code Camp 2015 – an intensive 4-week residential bootcamp that targets early-stage designers and developers.

CcHub takes applicants through a highly selective recruitment process, participants are treated to a high-energy-fast-paced and intense bootcamp. The focus of the 2015 CodeCamp is to train the next generation of User Experience researchers and designers.

CcHub said: “For the 4 weeks, participants will be exposed to our User Experience Design Immersive program crafted by top practitioners with a specific focus on helping them transition into a UX design career.”

At the end of the CodeCamp, participants will graduate job ready, be connected to employers, and have opportunities to hone new skills.

If you’re passionate about solving problems, curious about people and technology, willing to accept feedback and open to a career as a User Experience Designer, apply to CodeCamp 2015.

To apply, make a 2-minute video answering the following questions:

  • Who are you?
  • Why do you want to be a UX Designer?
  • Why do you deserve to be selected to be in this year’s CodeCamp?

Upload your video to YouTube, Dropbox or any other cloud hosting platform and then complete the application form.

“We received 100 applications to fill 12 slots at CodeCamp 2014. We expect the numbers to rise this year, so it’s important that you are creative with your videos while not forgetting to have fun,” CcHub said.
