German based US car specialist, GeigerCars has released its in-house upgrade of the Corvette Z06. The output has been increased to a formidable 730 hp and 944 Nm from the 659 hp and 881 Nm which the most powerful Corvette ever had.
This high-tech supercharged car boasts of technical specifications such as a direct fuel injection, variable timing and cylinder deactivation.
The power upgrade delivers an extra performance that makes the GeigerCars Z06 unbeatable by even more expensive supercars. There is a suspension upgrade kit that lowers the ride height for better handling, grip and aerodynamic stability at speed, this is essential to control and harness the extra power boost and overall performance. The kit which cost 5,500 euro also includes a set of offset steering knuckles that ensures that the geometrical accuracy of modified suspension is not compromised throughout the range of travel.
The aerodynamic under-bumper tray contributes to the flat-bottom effect, a wind tunnel inspired carbon-fibre front lip reduces lift over the front axle while the small flaps on either edge helps to reduce turbulence around the airflow around the front wheels.
Visually continuing the lower line started by the front spoiler lip, the deeply contoured side skirts that help to control air spillage along the cars Coke bottle shaped lower flanks, lead your eyes to the new rear valence. This incorporates a underbody diffuser section either side of the sports exhaust’s four huge outlets. A prominent rear spoiler tops off the list of aerodynamic components.
The front and back alloy wheel are 10.0×19-inch and 12.0×20-inch respectively inside the 285/30ZR19 and 335/25ZR20 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.
